We listen, act, and transform
Hello, I’m Kehinde Akinbaleye, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University. I’ve been in the helping profession for over a decade, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through challenges that affect their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and women’s issues such as infertility and perinatal concerns. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, while also honoring the unique strengths and values each client brings.
I believe every person has the capacity to heal and thrive, but sometimes life circumstances can feel overwhelming and isolating. My role is to walk alongside you, providing practical tools, encouragement, and insights that empower you to move forward with confidence. Together, we can work toward meaningful growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
